ExploreBuilt from inside the design community.
I lead First Layer Design as a Designer, mentor, and coach, working directly with founders, product teams, and designers.
I also founded The UX Chats, a UX community that has built trusted relationships with UX coaches, design recruiters, and UX talent. I pair that network with hands-on product experience to help design teams hire well, grow stronger, and succeed.
