• Talent network application details — your name, email, location, availability, relocation preferences, self-reported experience, and industry interests, if you apply to join the network.
• Payment information for coaching services, which is collected and processed directly by Stripe. This site does not receive or store your card details.

Information you provide is used only to respond to your inquiry, deliver the service you purchased or applied for, and follow up where relevant — for example, matching a talent network application with a client need, or confirming a coaching booking.

Payment information is used by Stripe solely to process your transaction, in accordance with Stripe's own privacy policy.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are visited. This analytics tool is designed not to use cookies and does not track you across other sites.

Information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Inquiry, intake, and application information is kept only as long as needed to respond to you or deliver the service, and is deleted when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

This site is intended for professional adults and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
